I just now did a speedtest.net run on my Starlink connection, with no other network traffic running: 14.22 Mbs down / 8.76 Mpbs up. OK, that's pretty crap. But before Starlink my best option was DSL at around 8 down / 1.5 up. So for me the new "crap" is about a 75% improvement on the old hotness, at about the same price. With that competition they'll have to do even worse to lose my business.
