- bobthepanda 4y agoIIRC part of the idea behind NY launching so much offshore wind is that it wants to amass enough experience and suppliers doing so to become a natural hub of it in the Northeast.
- ncmncm 4y agoExperience seems to be crucially important in open-sea construction. There is so much that can go wrong, and so much value in judicious prevention and preparation.
