That's a nice lie you have there. The problem is that crime is not being prosecuted as it should. The fault lies with the DA's office. Any other "solution" you offer will not actually resolve the effects of the problem until that problem is solved. Once that problem is solved, I can guarantee you will see arrests increase. Maybe you're one of the ones who don't want that?
