Aren't both formats just some meta data on top of the same video file? Netflix etc. serve both, depending on what your device supports.
Pretty sure that both blurays and "4k TV" channels use HDR10(+) as well.
Not like the viewer has to know or care about it (from what I can tell, they're basically identical anyway).
