PayPal is no longer deserving of the benefit of the doubt. This isn't the work of some shadowy hacker, this is their policy. They've been doing this shit for years. No due process, no way for victims to appeal. It's their long time MO. I don't know why anyone would use PayPal knowing their history of user hostility. If you must use PayPal, then just use it for money transit and withdraw daily, but leaving funds on PayPal is just asking to lose them.
