- mistrial9 4y agook - but are the people that need to read it, the ones reading it.. probably not.. so the hope lies in those who are students now, doing the intellectual work, and then maturing into roles where it matters.. big projects tend more towards Imelda Marcos with her "edifice complex" and less towards American Institute of Certified Planners, it seems. Note that Las Vegas seems to have few troubles pulling off mega-construction projects.. they must combine elements of both!
