I've always felt it was due to being traumatized.

- eurasiantiger 4y agoThis is it — traumatization is more prevalent than generally accepted, and and children are especially vulnerable. While not everyone develops full-blown C-PTSD, the amount and intensity of traumatic experiences in relation to the amount of emotional support in a safe environment gives a rough estimate of how likely one is to develop some kind of emotional, personality or psychiatric disorder due to the sum of their traumas.
