I find it works extremely well. I can't remember a single crash, even though I started using it pretty early on in the pandemic, along with tens of thousands of other employees. It was clearly worse in 2020 though. Edit: I do hate one thing, no way to share part of the screen! When using an ultrawide I always have to resort to lowering my resolution to a lowest common denominator 1080p to avoid people not being able to read what I share. Sharing one app doesn't work since I switch applications too much and want to share them all.
