Boston had a Community Solar System Trail, where both the size of the planets and the distance between them were to the same scale. The sun was 11.6 ft at the Museum of Science. Mercury and Venus were in the building. Mars was in the Cambridgeside Galleria, a few blocks away. Uranus was in a different neighborhood, Jamaica Plain. It was featured on an episode of the kids TV show Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman.
