- JamesBarney 4y agoAnd to expand on that, they usually borrow at a much higher rate than regular mortgage borrows.
- bombcar 4y agoAlmost all interest rates are affected by this, because almost all of them are "federal rate + X" - so if the fed rate floats up, so does the amount this company would pay.
