Hi, we are facing the same story for one of our CONNECT customers. This customer is simply a garden that sells tickets to visit the garden. Somehow Stripe connected that with cannabis sales. There is no cannabis anywhere on their garden. Now sure what kicked off this account closer. Worst part is not that the account was closed. Worst part is that Stripe is not asking or giving any proofs/comments/data. They are simply sending templated replies. Its like talking to a robot while someones livelihood may be connected to this being resolved. Also overall our dispute ratio is almost Zero. People visiting gardens dont dispute their visits. So frustrating.
