For the record, it's not one more click. If you hover over the dropdown, it brings the menu up.
- jacktoole1 15y agoI think it would be fair to say it's two mouse actions though. Clicking takes no time; moving the mouse to the link in the first place takes some. Moving first to the Google logo, then to the app, would take longer. Sort of like eliminating the task bar in favor of the start menu - personally I use the task bar far more frequently, and keep often launched programs pinned so I can avoid the second mouse action cost.
