Perhaps you're thinking of NAFTA?
- alexvoda 4y agoNAFTA was the North American Free Trade Agreement. This was an agreement signed by Canada, Mexico, and the United States that created a trilateral trade bloc in North America. Even if you could make use of it, it ended in 2020. Perhaps you're thinking of NFO?
