I'm having the opposite problem. The spam filter keeps marking things as spam, when they clearly are not, and I have no way of telling it that they aren't.
Now, I mostly don't mind it, but getting credit reports swept off my inbox is starting to get annoying.
- rconti 4y agoSure you can. Mark it as "not spam". Of course, do that once, and you'll immediately start getting more spam, but that's another problem.
- manuelabeledo 4y agoI do. Every time in fact. But the spam filter refuses to “learn”.
- thenickdude 4y agoYou can create filter rules that explicitly mark email from specific senders or with specific keywords as "never send to spam".
- manuelabeledo 4y agoI know that. But it is hard to understand that the same company that literally learns from your online behaviour, in order to target you with ads, cannot make its spam filter a bit smarter.
