  The contract you sign is not absolutely binding and can be invalidated in part or in whole for variety of reasons. I personally feel that if ToS is too long and too complex for most people to read and understand it should be possible argument towards invalidating that ToS.

  Contract law is a thing. Contracts are deemed void and unenforceable for all manner of reasons.
