R U S S E L L
Russell has two S's and two L's. Unless you're a cartoon zombie gorilla drummer, 99% of the time, Russell is spelled Russell.
Fun fact: Russell (Old French/Old Norse - red hair), rustle (Middle English), Russia (Germanic - people of Rus), Prussia (Latvian - near water) and Ross (Scottish Gaelic - promontory) don't share any etymological ancestors.
