      Unlikely - so far all the predictions regarding Russian army checked out.

      Almost all of it is descriptions of past facts. The troops were where Galeev suggests back in 1917 and the empire did topple, etc. Putin may wish he had more officers available to lead the new troops, he may need more, but the deaths are facts.           If the Russians don't confirm something, then it's definitely wishful thinking? But even the 400-odd people who drowned on the Moskva haven't been confirmed by the Russians.

  I'm still surprised troops are needed in modern warfare. I thought it would be far more technologically focused. Worst cases being bioweapons and nuclear.
