Appears you’re using the standard format of “yesterday, today, blockers” — which on my part is maybe me trying to over optimize, but never understood the format since I assume if someone said the were going to do something that it got done unless there was a blocker; meaning to me saying what you did yesterday feels like it’s repetitive. Mentioned this to number of notable scrum thought leaders and normally get to responses: (1) just do it, or (2) agile is anything you want it to be.
(Curious if the OP has an comments on this.)
- talmi 4y agoWhile we're seeing this is the most common format it doesn't work for everyone and some teams want to have the flexibility to configure the prompts. This is a feature we're currently building and will soon release!
- Terretta 4y agoThe defaults are among the indicators of a poor 'ceremony based' dev culture. Works great for cargo cult Agile(tm) if that's your market.
