On the other hand - if it's always the people, that means that the people are the biggest (only?) thing OP is struggling with. And that even the smallest remaining problem still fills the remaining mental space, suddenly becoming the biggest problem in the room, no matter its size. For me personally, that's how my brain works. Sometimes I need to realign and discover that just because all the "9/10" (in terms of difficulty) problems and 7/10 problems have been solved, the 2/10 problem isn't that bad, just because it's now the worst problem at hand.
