Does anyone know if the new evidence exonorates him or if it simply proved that the case and trial were mishandled?
- achr2 4y agoOnly procedural, no exoneration at all.
- stevenwoo 4y agoBrady violation by original prosecution team (they did not let the defense know of other evidence). The current prosecution did the right thing.
- paxys 4y agoHe is not exonerated. The state has 30 days to decide whether they want to try him again, and I believe are waiting on some DNA test results to make that determination.
- locusofself 4y agoI'm so curious as to what evidence there is or isn't. I hope he is re-tried unless there is some bombshell evidence, as I believe he is guilty from what I know as a laymen consumer of the media content..
