Especially when they are homes with foundation or structural issues that flippers never really fixed. They'll paper over lots, throw in new kitchen and bath stuff, and double the price.
- downrightmike 4y agoFor the last year or so all the houses I've seen come up were bought by a flipper one month and then the next relisted it for a 100k on top, nothing done.
