Vice City and San Andreas where the only 2 games I've played where I consistently enjoyed watching the cutscenes, and loved the dialogue. Rockstar later decided dealing with big Hollywood egos was too much of a hassle, and it shows in later GTA iterations. The quality isn't there. And aside from that, how many car chases can you get into before you've had enough? Been there done that. It was fun while it lasted.
