I went into this about to eyeroll the hell out of anything arguing Figma is worth $20B, but actually walked away thinking "huh, I kind of buy that argument".

  Agree. 50x ARR is insane. But when it starts hitting pricing pressure on adobe it starts to make sense. It’s all in how the acquisition was framed.

    Also, their revenue is rapidly growing, so that multiple will quickly drop.
