I have a 2019 model and have non of the issues you have. Except sometimes the soundbar doesn’t want to connect when I turn it on.
We use an Apple TV and non of the built in streaming apps or features. No complaints and I’ve never even connected it to the internet.
- pentae 4y agoYeah this is what i've done, I ended up turning it into a dumb TV and hooked an Apple TV up to it to solve all the problems including the crappy remote. On my Samsung, I didn't have to do that as its more than good enough already.
