I started in the "these people must be conspiracists" camp, but I've seen too many things come out of WEF to believe anything but the conspiracies now. Without any other info than a ZeroHedge article I read yesterday, this does seem legit. And in fact WEF typically puts their plans in the open (check their site or Klaus' books). It almost seems like a way for them to mockingly let us know we can't stop them.
