honestly, it sounds like you need to take a vacation so these very common issues don’t feel overpowering. “endless” is the problem, not that the technology moves forward. you need to make space for yourself to exist outside of work, and carve out time to keep up with where the industry is going. what you’re describing will lead to burnout because you’re always comparing or second guessing what you use and what you know to what someone/something else.
