Epic fail. The way to fix things involving people is through something called leadership. That means you need to double down on your soft skills and you need the explicit support of management. If you hope a framework will do this for you then you are just as broken as that you wished were fixed. Train your team, set high standards, and focus on automation (not tools, not frameworks). This is a tremendous amount of work outside of product. If you aren’t willing to invest the necessary extra effort you don’t seem to care that it’s fixed.
