Older people have the advantage that if they do discard something, they later won't remember that they had it.
- antisthenes 4y agoThat's pretty dismissive. Many older people retain a sharp mind well into their 70s/80s. Probably not old hoarders though.
- benj111 4y agoI think it was light hearted rather than dismissive. My grandparents go to the dog's name before getting to mine. My parents just gets me and my brother's names mixed up. My other nan, who actually had dementia, on the other hand, could still remember all the ins and outs of which great grand child was going out with who this week, until the end.
