One thing seems odd to me... about a guest's rating (not a host's): "she got a three-star review because the cleaning wasn’t up to the mark. Her perfect five-star rating dipped to 4.1." Can guests see their own star rating? I didn't even realise guests had them on AirBnB. I can't seem to find mine anywhere
