As a conservative who has completed graduate school, I can say from my own experience that higher education is a well-oiled indoctrination machine. Your apparent opinion that all conservative-leaning people are hateful idiots is pretty much exactly the rhetoric I expect from the people who pursue higher education who aren't quite as smart as they think they are, and subsequently don't question the things they're told.

  I neglected to mention in my original reply that my graduate degree is from a Canadian liberal arts university. Perhaps you pursued your higher education in a less highly radicalized environment than I did.

Yup! Attacks are exactly what I expected: "who aren't quite as smart as they think they are, and subsequently don't question the things they're told." I never said that conservatives are hateful, only that conservative politicians are. And that seems like a totally settled question, it takes but a moment to listen to Trump or DeSantis and hear their hate (DeSantis is literally abducting poor migrants and using humans as pawns). But this is the state of discussion today! Liberals put forward solutions to problems that improve everyone's lives, conservatives put forward hatred. And of course the old refrain 'do your own research'. Funny statement that. Particularly given that we're responding to a survey that clearly shows that experts who actually do research overwhelmingly come to liberal viewpoints. Goodspeed conservative grad student :) The worst thing I can say to you is that I hope that one day you get to live in the country of your dreams. I have zero desire to live in a violent poverty-stricken polluted theocracy.
