- quantified 4y agoYou'd think that a flood-prone house would be worth something, like half the amount you'd rent it for over the time period. So not 100's or 1000's of Ks, but maybe in the 10's of K. Sales full-price on a coast that'll be inundated in 50 years will definitely be to a greater fool.
- bombcar 4y agoDepreciation is over 40 years anyway so a 50 year timeframe is too far out for people to price appropriately.
