It’s a scary commitment, but it’s the most direct route to becoming known as an expert. * Set view-count expectations so they roughly match the size of your following. (Obviously, and separately, it helps to increase the size of your network.) * Switch formats around. Audiences quickly grow tired of templates. * If you’re going to track social signals, focus more on the who rather than the how many. * Write long posts with short words. * Add value every single time.
