Outsourced or offshore IT department?
- dyingkneepad 4y agoIt's a mix of everything: permanent employees, contractors, USA-based employees and low-cost-region-based employees. But it's our company that has offices in these low cost regions, so I"m not sure 'outsourced' would be the correct word.
