- mmastrac 4y agoeBay is tough because the prices you see are the prices the sellers want. I don't think it's in eBay's interest to show you the real price.
- thrtythreeforty 4y agoIf not on eBay, where, then? The list of "sold" cards on eBay appear to me to be a pretty good starting point, but if there's something I don't know, like "everyone on eBay is a scalper" (which is not implausible) then where should I be looking?

- albedoa 4y agoIn the Advanced Search, you can include completed listings and sold listings. This is a much better indicator of market prices for consumer goods.
- mmastrac 4y agoI didn't know this! Thanks
- stevenwoo 4y agoThey only keep them for a relatively short time last time I looked so one has to manually save data after scraping it for longer term trends, vaguely remember it being forever then they cut it to six month and I think it's three now, plus if there is a lot in the category you are searching there's no way to sort it to see the oldest anymore.
- culi 4y agoFor price-tracking overall, someone posted this elsewhere: https://pcpartpicker.com/trends/price/video-card/ https://pcpartpicker.com/trends/price/video-card/

- scaredginger 4y agoI appreciate that they're making the information available to us, but the graphs are awful, so many elementary design mistakes
