Very unlikely. I remember a documentary on Flat earthers trying to prove that Earth is flat of course they detected Earth's curvature but they didn't change their mind.. Vaccine skeptics are the same. And it's far harder to see a vaccine 'in action' than to measure the Earth's curvature.
