- swores 4y agoOriginal title slightly too long so cut "immediately after discharge" to "after discharge"; but the "immediately" is actually quite relevant - "The risk of dying during the first two weeks after discharge was higher than during the remaining follow-up period – hazard rate ratios comparing the first two weeks with subsequent time windows were between 2.6 (1.3, 5.0) and 3.7 (2.4, 5.9)"
