Just drown them in yogurt and granola, after that they should be so loaded with stuff they opium den for a while! Good call on the gut science - I’ve been watching a lot of travel videos and really noticing how outside of the US food and eating is a special thing and lovely, not a chore to go back to the warehouse floor.
