> McDonald’s on Wednesday announced plans to open a new innovation facility at its Chicago headquarters, relocating employees from its current innovation center in Romeoville, Illinois. They’re kind of stuck where they are. The old McDonalds corporate HQ campus has already been sold off and redeveloped. Oak Brook wasted no time, and are probably really glad they did - it’s a mixed use thing with plenty of housing.
