What percentage of Android phones out there can use RCS?
- ggm 4y agoVery good question. It probably has two parts: % android version can do it, and % carrier config willing to enable it. My MVNO on telstra (RCS enabled) apparently doesn't, and coincidentally doesn't do VOLTE either (which telstra does do)
