This was a really quite insidious action taken. No longer innocent until proven guilty or not being judged because of worst case use or misuse. Now we are getting into police state type of mentalities when it comes to money. It's bad and dangerous enough that we treat (force) banks, CC and PPs as pseudo unofficial law enforcement and hold them accountable legally, but now this! Great read.
