(i'm not related to him, nor get provisions :) working harder and longer does not necessarily make you achieve more. try to stop investing time in actions that make you very little money or have very little benefits for you. focus on the top customers. maybe you can start by evaluating what consumes so much of your time. hope that helps a bit, martin
