In my state, counties also assess income tax. The largest city has lower tax levels for people who work in the city but live elsewhere. Our payroll app needs to know what days you are working from home. This way, if you work in one county and live in another, the county you live in will get their share of the income tax. I think this is going to be a huge problem in a year or 2 when cities & counties see a large drop in income and try to figure out how to "fix" it.
