If you earn 250k and can’t buy a home, relocate, that sounds like a nightmare. I’m in France and up until last month I earned ~45k€. I bought my home 2 years ago. I can’t imagine living somewhere where 250k is not enough to live, that’s insane. If you relocate you probably won’t make 250k, but your money might be worth something instead.
