Well previously the (social) architecture was hub and spoke (we all read the same newspapers to get the new updateable fact) or each individual neutron had contact only with its neighbours. Social media seems to be hub and spoke but going viral seems to be like a mass broadcast mechanism. My hope for democracy is that truth will be more likely to go viral than lies. I have issues with that last sentence
