Little known fact: a website and an email are different things.
- vel0city 4y agoWhat difference does that make? Their arguments are similar in both cases. HTML and embedded media increase security risks and can lower accessibility. Rich text isn't that great anyways, nobody needs it. Just use periods instead of bullet points. Why would anyone want to make different headings or make some text bold? Completely superfluous. Plain text should be all you need, in every medium. Why should you bother using markup on a webpage? How do those reasons never apply to sending an email?
