Any citations for it only being a few percent of the population who can experience frisson? It seems more common than that, in my experience.
- bane 15y agoI've heard between 10-35% can experience it depending on the study (it's extraordinarily high in the population who go on to become musicians). I've personally only ever met 1 or 2 other people who claimed it.
- brian_fearn 15y agoFascinating. I "frisson" to music often, and I had always assumed that everyone else felt the same sensation with their favorite music or other art.
