Yeah, I had the same question. Maybe that is just such a small demographic there that they didn't think it needed to be explicitly clarified. It does clearly say that for <18, primary series vaccines stopped in July of this year. So it doesn't seem out of the question that they would stop them for adults too. My guess is that the relatively few people people there who never got one and now changed their minds could still get one from a doctor, but will not be target by whatever clinics they are using for fall re-vaccinations.
