Please, no. Public housing has been an abysmal and utter failure, let’s not repeat mistakes that we know don’t work.
- abigail95 4y agoRezoning land from 40ft height limit to unlimited would probably 10x the land value, in SF. It seems obvious that reducing zoning would increase the value for the owner so I think blaming them for being stupid works out.
