- grandmczeb 4y agoOnly in name. SB-9 can be sidestepped by rezoning to RH-2 (two family), but adding requirements that make building anything other than single family infeasible. - zbrozek 4y agoRecalcitrant cities have maliciously complied with the law and are preventing economically feasible housing from being built by leveraging SB-9.
