I do not understand your point here. What exactly are you having difficulty believing? Do you think they intend to advertise that they provide blanket cover for every crime on earth? I am having difficulty believing that anyone would actually believe that that is what’s intended by that statement. It is much more believable that a person would intentionally misinterpret that statement to make some sort of vague joke about language.
